I am currently only working with active first responders and military. I have experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as self-esteem and attachment concerns. I pride myself on creating a warm and inviting therapeutic environment, and helping clients to identify strengths they may not even know they have. My strengths-based approach draws on several skills-based modalities. I am also a Certified First Responder Counselor through Academy Hour and am EMDR Trained.

Missed appointments are understandable from time to time. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. You will be allowed one free late cancellation. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions. I will attempt to reschedule missed sessions to another time later in the week to avoid a missed session charge. However, sessions that are not cancelled 24-hours in advance and you are unable to be reschedule, or if you do not show for your appointment and do not call, you will be billed directly at the agreed upon rate when the appointment was made.
